Jessica Medrano founded JMED Consulting Services, LLC, in 2019 as a mobile services operation. She and her team now have their own location at 1292 West Arkansas Lane Suite D, Arlington, Texas 76013 and open her second location Hispanic Business Center, INC in 2024. By offering appointment-only hours, they are able to provide multiple highly personalized services to prospective and current business owners.

- Business registration and startup assistance
- POS system setup, for restaurant and retail establishments
- Tax filing assistance, with the Texas Comptroller
- Immigration renewal and application assistance
- Notary and translation services
Jessica Medrano's Background
Prior to launching her own business, Jessica received her Masters and Bachelor of Business Administration at Dallas Baptist University. She also spent over 12 years at Bank of America, where she worked as a financial professional in the retail, business banking, and sales sectors.
Throughout her years as a small business advisor and financial specialist, Jessica developed her skills and talents for providing business guidance to everyday people, in both English and Spanish. She is highly proficient at assessing the needs of a business while increasing revenue for a company’s portfolio and minimizing costs.
Continuing Education
In order to bridge the gap of available resources to her community, Jessica Medrano remains dedicated to continuing her education in order to provide even more resources to the local
community. She expects to finish her Certified Public Accounting requirements by Fall of 2023, and her law school studies by 2025.
Community Involvement
As a Hispanic-founded business, JMED Consulting Services, LLC/ Hispanic Business Center, INC, takes pride in providing more and more business resources to the Hispanic (or Latino) community.
Jessica stays in touch with local communities, such as the Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and partnering businesses that provide opportunities to business owners.
